I am a teacher for healthcare, home economics und application software with a great interest in Education 2.0, i.e. innovative and pedagogically sound application from Web 2.0 technology in teaching and learning.
I achieved my Bachelor in Health (Hons) 2009 and Master in Online and Distance Education (MAODE) 2011 at the Open University. With my additional studying I wanted to improve my professional knowledge, adjust to the ongoing developments in technology-enhanced learning and hopefully enhance my career.
After my MAODE study I started a small part-time job as a trainee / academic auxilliary at the VCRP to learn more about the pedagocial and technical aspects of elearning. My job is technical support for the implementation from online courses with the LMS Olat, design and revision from learning material (HTML, CSS, PDF), grafical design from online courses.

I’d love to know more about your part time role at VCRP as I am looking at joining a University here in the UK to do something like this – one of the leading medical schools too.
